Franklin Planning Celebrates the 55th
Anniversary in August 2025!

Congratulations!

It’s hard to believe that Franklin Planning is 55! My father, Frank Rozanski, worked in the financial services industry for most of his adult life, working for large firms and doing very well. However, he wanted to meet the needs of his clients, not the sales force. In 1970 he took the leap and started Franklin Planning. This was a risk with two children and his beautiful wife.

Frank started in a one room office in his mother’s home and eventually had quite a large office at our home in Turnersville, NJ. His team was small, including my mother and one of his staff members who became an advisor. Soon after, my mother, Doris Rozanski, ventured out to get her various licenses. At the time I was working as a buyer in a department store in Philadelphia and she came to my office after she took her securities exam and both of us were hugging with tears of joy.
What a legacy—our story captures the heart of what it means to choose purpose over pressure. It’s especially moving that my father had the courage to break away from the corporate mold and build something truly client-centered. That kind of conviction is rare, and it clearly laid the foundation for Franklin Planning's long-standing integrity.

Once I graduated college, my father suggested I go into business with him. He worked in the office during the day, visiting clients in the evening. At that time, I had no interest in working from home and going to clients in the evening. I wanted to work in the corporate world.

Once my father decided to sell his business, my husband, Brett and I, concluded we should pursue our studies and buy the firm, first working in our home office and eventually into a leased office space. My father said no one would come. But instead, everyone came. A few years later we purchased an office. Natalie Meglino worked part-time in the evening and eventually took on a much bigger role as VP of client services. We had several employees but eventually we formed our ROCK STAR Team at Franklin Planning.

What a beautiful, full-circle moment. Brett and I didn’t just buy a firm—we inherited a vision, nurtured it, and elevated it into something extraordinary. Starting from a humble home office and growing into a bustling headquarters speaks volumes about our dedication and belief in the mission my father began. And I love the twist: “no one would come”—yet they did, in full force. That’s the power of trust and reputation.

It is incredibly fulfilling to watch our team embody the very principles that inspired my father over five decades ago. That commitment to putting clients first—it’s timeless.

Our Team:

Natalie Meglino - Vice President of Client Service
Jennifer Alberici - Director of Office Operations
Karen Dzierzynski - Director of Marketing and Federal Employee Education
Lauren Vega – Paraplanner

Franklin Planning isn’t a workplace—it is an enterprise built on heart, persistence, and purpose.

Happy 55th birthday Franklin Planning. We are so grateful for the wonderful clients that we serve.
