Karen Dzierzynski

Karen joined Franklin Planning in May 2015 and serves as Director of Marketing and Director of Federal Employee Education. She meets with clients to assist them in formulating their estate plan through the Wealth.com platform.  As the firm’s primary liaison to federal agencies nationwide, Karen coordinates educational programs and ensures each agency receives high quality learning experience.

Karen earned her Associate Degree in Marketing and Commercial Art from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and leads all marketing initiatives, including website management, social media strategy, and the development of Franklin Planning’s monthly newsletters. Her work combines clarity and creativity to help federal and non‑federal employees better understand their benefits and retirement options.

Before joining Franklin Planning, Karen built a strong background in legal and healthcare administration through roles as Manager of Legal Operations and Systems with The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Office of General Counsel and as Senior Administration Coordinator at Pennsylvania Hospital. Her experience in operations and client service continues to guide her work today.

Karen is married and the proud mother of five sons. She enjoys cooking, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, and spending time with family and friends at her vacation condo in Port Deposit, Maryland.
